Blackduck's still rosé cider is comprised of 85% Redfield apples and 15% various late-season apples from the 2022 harvest. It's unfined and unfiltered cider from estate fruit- as are all of Blackduck's offerings- and it features the usual Blackduck qualities of high energy, full flavor, savor and an almost vinous quality that keeps us coming back for more!
